Editorial policy
Trusted Garden Guide aims to publish useful, careful garden information in plain language. We explain the limits of general advice and distinguish editorial material from commercial partnerships.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims before publication and aim to make instructions and comparisons understandable. Garden conditions differ, so we avoid presenting a single choice as right for every plot. When a subject depends on local rules, specialist knowledge or safety-critical work, we say so rather than imply that a general article is enough.
Independence and labels
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a condition of a partnership. Paid placements and other partner material are clearly labelled where they appear. A commercial relationship does not guarantee favourable coverage, and partner copy is not presented as independent editorial work.
Corrections and illustrations
Readers can report errors through the Contact page. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making the change clear when it affects a meaningful point. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; they are illustrative and should not be treated as photographs of a real garden or as evidence.
